West Dunbartonshire Council, whose service delivery is carried out by the West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (WDHSCP), seeks to appoint a provider to deliver a community based Recovery Group-work Programmes and Supported Recovery Service for Adults who are over 18 years and have substance misuse issues. The aim of the Service shall be to provide a range of community based Recovery Group-work Programmes and Supported Recovery Service focussed on individual and group services to people of West Dunbartonshire over the age of 18 who have substance misuse issues
