Description
School Meals Catering Service. The Contract was for the provision of catering services to the The Olive Tree Primary School and will include all food and staff provision to support the delivery of the catering services requirement. The required catering provision for the lunch service at the school will include: a) Two hot meal options, one of which must be suitable for a HMC Certified Halal diet and the other suitable for vegetarians. Note that the vegetarian option will be open to all pupils. b) Mondays are a meat free day. c) Jacket Potatoes with a minimum of 2 options of fillings. d) A variety of sandwiches. e) Freshly baked bread. f) Homemade dessert, including options for a pudding or fresh fruit. The successful Tenderer may be required to provide visitor meals up to 6 times per year for up to 20 people.
