Firstly, it provides the data required to report on KPI 5 in the Fund's Corporate Plan: 'Our employee engagement score will be in the top quartile when compared with similar and comparable organisations'. This KPI is a key performance measure reported to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), Board, and the Senior Management Team (SMT). Secondly, aligned with the People & Culture Strategy 2025-2030, which sets out a number of success measures, this research will provide the data to assess progress and demonstrate performance against agreed targets.
