Description
Please refer to the ITT Document. Additional information: The Contract shall commence on 01st May 2025 and remain in place until 30th April 2029. A Break Clause will be applied at the end of Year 2. Contract extensions will be applied for Year 4 subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and by neither Party evoking the Break Clause which must be done no later than 13 weeks prior to the end of Year 3.
