**PSR MOST SUITABLE PROVIDER ** PROVISION OF DIGITAL HISTOPATHOLOGY SERVICES FOR AIREDALE GENERAL HOSPITAL, DIAGNOSTIC HISTOLOGY REPORTING SERVICE VIA SLIDE OR DIGITAL IMAGE TO BE DELIVERED AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. INTENT TO AWARD AN EXISITING SERVICE TO A NEW SUPPLIER FOLLOWING MOST SUITABLE PROVIDE SELECTION PROCESS. THE APPROXIMATE LIFETIME VALUE OF THE CONTRACT IS £600,000.00. THE CONTRACT VALUE IS ESTIMATED AND WILL VARY BASED ON ACTIVITY LEVELS. THE INITIAL CONTRACT TERM WILL RUN FROM 17/06/2026 TO 30/06/2027 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR 2 X 12 MONTH PERIODS. <br/><br/>THIS CONTRACT HAS NOT YET FORMALLY BEEN AWARDED; THIS NOTICE SERVES AS AN INTENTION TO AWARD UNDER THE PSR.
