Description
The University of Edinburgh has appointed suppliers to an Estate wide asbestos works and services framework agreement for Lot 1 Asbestos Removal Works. 3 suppliers have been appointed to Lot 1. The initial Contract period is for 2 years from 22nd May 2026 to 21st May 2026. The University, in its sole discretion, has two options to extend for periods of 1-year each, potentially taking the contract through to 21st May 2030 if all extensions are applied. The overarching terms of Lot 1 of the Framework is the SBCC Framework Agreement for use in Scotland (FA/Scot) 2014 Edition, with underlying contract being the SBCC Minor Works Building Contract for use in Scotland (MW/Scot 2016). This Framework Agreement has been awarded via an Open Procedure.
