Services to be provided: The Cambridge City place based behaviour change service will provide a flexible and adaptable framework that aligns with needs, enabling a personalised and integrated approach to service delivery. The service will encompass prevention, treatment and long-term behaviour change by encouraging and enabling local people to adopt healthier lives, making more effective use of the assets and resources within Cambridgeshire City.
