Description
The notice relates to core GP Primary Care Medical Services provided to the practice registered list. This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C. The lifetime Value of the contract is £2,156,545.37 (1.8b) (£1,078,300 per annum). The contract term will be 1 year with the option to extend for a further 1 year at the sole discretion of the Authority. Additional information: The basic selection criteria was assessed against the data provided by the contractor. It was assessed as a pass as each criteria was met, with evidence provided. Where there were breaches it was noted that the contractor had put remedies in place and there was evidence of learning which provided sufficient assurance to the ICB.
