Description
The nature of the work envisaged within the term contract relates to both the planned inspection, servicing, testing and certification, and repairs of the electrical installation. The majority of the works will be planned. The terms and conditions used will be Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) - Measured Term Contract (MTC/Scot)2019. The contract commence on 31 July 2026 and will be in place for 3 years with the option to extend up to a further 24 months.
