Description

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust sought a Strategic Energy Partner through a single-supplier Framework Agreement to support the modernisation of its estate, using an Energy as a Service (EaaS) delivery model, with St Thomas’ Hospital identified as the initial site for delivery, and the framework intended to support the potential development of future modernisation projects across the Trust, subject to separate approvals.<br/>The term of the Framework Agreement is eight (8) years. This duration reflects the nature and complexity of the works involved, which are expected to be delivered sequentially across multiple sites, and the economic and technical benefits associated with appointing a single provider to deliver a coordinated modernisation approach across the entire estate.
