Lot 1 - Grounds Maintenance Service Deliver a Grounds Maintenance service upon housing land across the city to include grass cutting, shrub bed and hedge maintenance, cleansing/sweeping of hard surfaces, chemical weed and Japanese knotweed control, litter collection Landscaping – design and delivery. Providing a gardening service to tenanted properties upon request. Void garden clearances Garage site maintenance The contract period will be 6 years and total contract value for Lot 1 is estimated to be £8,250,000.
