Description

LOT 1 A long-term Shared Lives Placement that is intended to be permanent for Adults aged 18+. Each Placement is required to include 28 nights (periods of 24 hours) of respite per annum as standard. Will be delivered at either Standard or Enhanced service level as determined by the Council’s banding assessment detailed in Appendix 1 of the Service Specification and, . Purchased separately from this Lot where required - The provision of additional periods of respite for adults aged 18+ already in long-term Shared Lives Placements and who have been assessed, by the Council, as needing more than the 28 nights (periods of 24 hours) of respite which requires to be included as a core component of the Long-term Shared Lives Placement. Will be delivered at the already determined standard or enhanced banding for the long-term placement .
