The procurement relates to the appointment of a specialist provider to deliver RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1-4, including Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services in support of Trusts diagnostic feasibility scheme consisting of numerous (7) projects across all sites. The requirement comprises both new build and refurbishment elements, forming part of a wider capital programme to enhance patient capacity, improve operational flow, and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.<br/><br/>The scope of services includes advise on the cost of the project, advise on alternative designs, prepare/maintain/develop cost plans and cash flow forecast, attend client meetings and prepare a detailed schedule of works.
