Description
The contractor will be required to: a) Conduct full design responsibilities, including studies, investigations, modelling and calculations to inform the design process. b) Obtain any further necessary consents, licenses, permissions and leases from relevant authorities including liaison with consenting authorities, application submissions and compliance with consent conditions. c) Develop detailed design information and construction method statements, subject to review and approval by the Project Manager and Engineer. d) Take full responsibility for the content and preparation of all consent submissions, including fees and charges. e) Execute all construction activities required to complete the project according to the Scope outlined in the Client's Requirements documents. f) Commit to social value contract conditions, manage public consultation and maintain positive stakeholder relations with all interested parties. g) Ensure resources are available to provide Nexus with any required…
