The NHS Somerset ICB as Lead Commissioner is directly awarding a contract to the existing provider Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation 6(3) and 7 Direct Award Process A of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
