Description
The Health & Social Care Partnership (H&SCP/The Partnership) wishes to commission services for a group of six (6) individuals, aged 16 and over, who have diagnosed learning disabilities which often disrupt significant areas of their lives, including relationships, employment, housing, and self-care, leading to a need for specialised support services, to provide care and support in their current accommodation. Their accommodation is split over several properties in the same area located in Central Glenrothes. Four (4) individuals live in one street within three (3) properties, with two (2) individuals residing in single tenancies and two (2) individuals sharing. There are another two (2) individuals living in single tenancies within a sheltered housing complex nearby. There are 0.4 miles in between these two streets.
