Provision of Taxi Services to New College Lanarkshire: Lot 1 – Coatbridge

Description

The services will predominately be within the Coatbridge vicinity, however historically our students are collected from and returned to Airdrie, East Kilbride, and Calderbank. This can change from each session throughout the duration of the Agreement, based on the needs of the students. Planned Hires - Standing Orders - Provision of a taxi and/or private hire service on a standing order basis (pre-scheduled taxi/private hire service) for the transportation of vulnerable groups who may include but is not limited to disabled students (The college will notify the company if the taxis require access for passengers with mobility difficulties, e.g., wheelchair access) or lone travellers, groups with special needs and their escorts, when required etc. The Contractor should note that for the transportation of vulnerable groups, a dedicated driver shall be required.
