Description
GBE is seeking a Supplier to deliver a specialist leadership recruitment service for 2026 2027. The Supplier will be required to deliver a rigorous, transparent, and effective executive search process, aligned with GBE values, culture, and strategic objectives. The objective of this Contract is for a Supplier to: Conduct a full executive search process, including discovery, market mapping, targeted outreach, screening, assessment, shortlisting, referencing, offer support, and post placement follow up. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate intelligence, and guidance on challenges associated with senior level hiring.
