Description
The University of Edinburgh has appointed a single supplier as Lead Consultant to lead a multi-disciplinary design team for improvement initiatives to ventilation installations across the University’s building estate. The contract shall be in place for a period of four years from 12th August 2026 until 11th August 2030, or until completion of the services, whichever occurs later. The contract covers all RIBA stages 0-7 inclusive for all sites listed in the ITT. The Contract is split into three phases for each of the sites as outlined below.
