Description
This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice. The National Waiting Times Centre Board (Golden Jubilee) intends to enter into a contract with ADT Fire and Security plc as the only supplier capable of meeting the Board's requirements. In accordance with our interpretation of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the required services can only be provided by a particular operator for technical reasons. The requirement is specifically for the provision of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, technical support and repair services for the existing Golden Jubilee Hospital & Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel fire detection and alarm systems. The scope of the service includes routine inspections, fault diagnosis, software support, emergency breakdown response and the maintenance of associated fire alarm control panels and networked system infrastructure.
