Blackpool Council require an advisor to provide strategic, technical, commercial, and stakeholder advisory support to accelerate delivery of the Silicon Sands Initiative. The advisor will support in a number of work package areas including: 1. Promotion of an AI Growth Zone proposition 2. Development of an integrated energy, grid, and digital infrastructure strategy 3. Development of an overarching investment and funding strategy 4. Facilitation of collaboration between public, private, and academic stakeholders. 5.
