Description
Direct Award to SHJ Hospital Pipelines Limited, trading as SHJ Medical & Lab Gas Specialists, for the provision of medical gas pipeline maintenance services across Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital. The services include four planned preventative maintenance visits per site per year, annual servicing of associated plant, LEV testing where required, reactive maintenance and 24-hour emergency support with a four-hour attendance and initial assessment requirement. The contract will run for an initial period of 36 months from 21 September 2026 to 20 September 2029, with two optional extensions of 12 months each. Additional information: The contract was awarded through NHS Shared Business Services’ Hard Facilities Management 2 Framework Agreement, reference SBS10166, Lot 8.5 – Air Compressors and Medical Gas Pipelines. The initial 36-month contract value is £178,573.71 excluding VAT. The maximum value, including both optional extensions, is £306,700.34 excluding VAT.
