This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>Contract Period: 01/04/2026 - 31/03/2027 <br/><br/>Contract Value: £70,000. Additional information: The Wakefield MSK Service was established to provide timely physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation support to employees across the Wakefield Health and Social Care Partnership who do not currently have access to NHS Occupational Health MSK services. The service supports staff experiencing musculoskeletal conditions that may otherwise result in prolonged sickness absence, reduced productivity or delayed return to work.
