Description
Provision of Emergency / Urgent Care Practitioner Service for population of the South Hambleton and Ryedale Primary Care Network registered GP Practice population, aged 1 and above. The Emergency Care Practitioner will be responsible for patient triage and prioritising patients for giving advice or arranging assessment via telephone, e-consultation or face to face appointment, supported by a named duty doctor in each practice. NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £1,493,084 Contract term - 2 October 2026 - 31 August 2029 (the contract term may be extended by 2 year(s))
