Thenue Housing Association Limited intends to award a Design & Build Contract to SIM Building Group Ltd for the delivery of approximately 12 affordable housing units at Ruchazie Place, Glasgow. SIM Building Group Ltd owns the development site and has offered to transfer the site to Thenue Housing Association Limited for the purpose of delivering affordable housing. The transfer of the site is conditional upon SIM Building Group Ltd being appointed as Design & Build Contractor for the development. This notice is published voluntarily in the interests of transparency and good governance and to provide advance notification of the Association's intention to award the contract without prior competition.
