Description
WMCA requires a time-bound, part-time Silver Command lead to provide senior operational leadership for the ITS World Congress 2027, acting as the link between Gold governance and Bronze delivery teams while overseeing stakeholder engagement, programme integration, risk management, commercial assurance, and delivery coordination through to the Congress in October 2027. WMCA will award via the AEC framework- Constellia who will subcontract out to JFG Communications Ltd.
