This contract has been awarded by NHS England, on behalf of IMPACT Provider Collaborative, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, under the urgent circumstances provision of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/><br/>For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The contract relates to the provision of Specialised Mental Health Adult Male Medium Secure and Adult Male Low Secure services.
