Awarded without open competition
Awarded without open competition. The buyer went directly to one or a few suppliers instead of advertising the contract. Procurement rules allow this only in specific cases, such as extreme urgency, when only one supplier can do the work, or for call-offs from an existing framework.

Description
The sourcing exercise was for the provision of an organisation that will provide the Agency with a specialist service design consultancy to undertake a pilot review of the Insolvency Service's Adjudicator Bankruptcy process. The objective is to analyse the end-to-end customer journey, identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, service improvement and value for money, and develop recommendations for a future-state service model.
