Awarded without open competition
Awarded without open competition. The buyer went directly to one or a few suppliers instead of advertising the contract. Procurement rules allow this only in specific cases, such as extreme urgency, when only one supplier can do the work, or for call-offs from an existing framework.

The aggregate value of the contract is estimated at GBP 102,956 for all 3 sites over a 5-year term. The Board will observe a 10-day standstill from the date of publication of this VEAT, during which the Board will not enter into any contractual arrangement.
