Description
The contract for the refurbishment of 1 Greenway, Horwich was tendered with a maximum allowed submission price of £250,000. Whilst the current refurbishment budget is £200,000 per property (incl fees), this figure is not market tested, therefore tender submissions were allowed up to £250,000 to ensure a realistic market cost for the works could be identified.
