National Highways have developed an Asset Data Improvement Plan (ADIP) - a Road Investment Strategy period 3 (RIS3) company delivery commitment - which will support data improvements throughout RIS3 with benefits realised progressively as milestones are achieved. A key early milestone in the ADIP is the development of Use Cases for our asset data. Use Cases are clearly documented data requirements and specifications to fulfil a specific business need.
