Description
This procurement exercise for This Way 4 English (TW4E) (the "Services") was conducted as a General Further Competition ("Further Competition") under the Electronic Market Place (EMP) Ref: KMCAS-216; Kirklees Welcomes Assisting Vulnerable Migrants, Asylum Seekers and Refugees (the "EMP"). Kirklees Council in collaboration with the TW4E delivery partner will work across services, learning providers, employment support providers to develop a robust coordinated ESOL offer. This is to ensure those who need to start their ESOL journey or develop their English languages skills further to a point where they can connect with their neighbours, local networks and groups, access services independently and importantly progress on to further learning and gain employment.
