Description
NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (the Participating Authority) has undertaken a further competition under the Countess of Chester Hospital's 'All Age Continuing Care Services' Framework Agreement Terms and Conditions (F/092/AACCS/23/MH) for provision of Retrospective Reviews and Appeals (the Services). The Framework was established prior to 24 February 2025 and in accordance with the Framework Guidance, the Authority has undertaken a Call Off via competitive procedure under the 'social and other specific services' in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). The proposed Call Off Contract is awarded to Xyla Services, for a period of 6 months from 1st July 2025 until 31st December 2025, with the possibility of extending the term for a period of 6 additional months beyond the initial contracted duration by agreement between the Participating Authority and the successful tenderer.
