Description

The Bank has awarded a fixed-price, outcome-based professional services contract for specialist consultancy and technical delivery to implement Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labelling and associated information protection capabilities. The services include data discovery and remediation; the design, configuration, testing and deployment of sensitivity labels, policies and automated labelling; user adoption and go-live support; and knowledge transfer, supporting the Bank's AI enablement, data governance, regulatory compliance and information-control objectives. The contract has been called off through the Workforce Solutions framework with AMS, using a Statement of Work for delivery. This route provides an established team with existing knowledge of the Bank's Microsoft Purview environment, reduces mobilisation time and delivery risk, provides clear accountability for agreed milestones and outcomes.
