Brief Description of Requirement The Climate Change Committee (CCC) is looking to produce supplementary advice for a sub-national audience to accompany CB7 and CCRA4. The CCC requires a supplier to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as stakeholder engagement to collate the evidence to inform this advice. The research and advice should: • Be aimed at a sub-national (regional, city, local) actors.
