Description
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC) and Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) requires a Support and Maintenance Service for Air Conditioning and ventilation Equipment. The Contract comprises the routine annual servicing, maintenance and repairs of all air conditioning units and Air Handling Units to ensure operational reliability and efficiency which are to be carried out in accordance with the following check list and an inspection report submitted to the PCC/ CFA, to ensure that these operate reliably and safely, and include for:- a) The routine annual servicing of Air Conditioning units and Air Handling Units will be carried out during a normal working day, i.e. between 0800 hours and 1600 hours, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. b) The call-out and emergency maintenance on a 24 hours per day, 365 (366), 7 days per year basis. c) Repairs and replacement work, as instructed by the PCC/ CFA, the cost of which will be valued in accordance with the Contract documents. d…
