A call-off from Lot B1 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). The project will deliver cycle training sessions such as confidence, led rides and bike maintenance sessions to members of the public. The sessions will be provided in specific locations where behaviour change campaigns are required
