Description
Bristol City Council is commissioning supported accommodation for homeless single people and childless couples. This will be split into four supported accommodation pathways for homeless single adults: • Pathway 1: Men only; • Pathway 2: Mixed: men and women; • Pathway 3: Women only; • Pathway 4: Substance use (including specialist abstinent-based accommodation). NOTE: There is a separate award notice for Pathway 4, linked below. To be eligible, prospective contractors must: • Own accommodation AND be a Registered Provider of Social Housing; OR • Own accommodation AND be in the process of applying to become a Registered Provider of Social Housing; OR • Lease accommodation from a Registered Provider of Social Housing.
