Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for Carterton Town Council

Description

Carterton Town Council (CTC) is inviting tenders for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (2015). The Contract will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030, comprising an initial term of 3 years (to 31 March 2028), with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years, subject to performance, price and mutual agreement. Carterton's Ground Maintenance Services are split into 5 lots: Lot 1 - Grass Cutting (£125,000 over 5 years) Lot 2- Litter, Bins and General Maintenance (£160,000 over 5 years) Lot 3 - Hedges and Footpaths (£25,000 over 5 years) Lot 4 - Flowers and Shrubs (£45,000 over 5 years) Lot 5 - Black Bourton Cemetery (17,500 over 5 years) Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one, multiple or all of the above lots.
