SHG wish to appoint a suitable supplier to provide a Building Safety Consultancy Service to include but not limited to: * Carry out FRAEWs in accordance with PAS9980:2022 * Carry out visual structural appraisals to satisfy Building Safety Regulator assessment criteria for Building Assessment Certificate applications * Carry out Large Panel System surveys to satisfy Building Safety Regulator assessment criteria for Building Assessment Certificate applications
