Description

Winchester City Council ("the council") is seeking to appoint a local consultant to work with businesses across the Winchester district to bring about measurable carbon savings. The consultant is required to conduct carbon assessments and produce tailored, practical and deliverable carbon reduction action plans, and follow on the measures installed, for each business completing an assessment.
