*** This is an Award Notice and Not a Call for Competition, this Contract was awarded via RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services - Lot 1a: Total FM with a per annum contract value of up to £1.5M *** UKSBS is a private company limited by shared operating and owned entirely within the public sector. It provides back-office services to our owner organisations and has three offices based in Swindon, Newport and Billingham. The Billingham office is due to be demolished as part of a redevelopment project in the town so an alternative office location has been sourced in Stockton. The landlord at the new Stockton property only provides Facilities Management services in public / communal spaces so UKSBS needs to put in place a contract to support all hard and soft FM requirements within our demise, with an eye to value for the taxpayer given the public funding element.
