This expenditure covers our partnership with Swim England, the governing and awarding body for swimming lessons delivered across Sport & Leisure Services. The cost supports the provision of swim lesson badges, which generate income through our learn-to-swim programme, and includes compliance observations, quality assurance activities, and governing body support.
