Description

We are seeking to appoint a consultant to design and prepare to go to tender for Ashton Library. The contract would also explore costs of some refurbishment works to bring in line with today's library delivery visions for more flexible and community based approach. Ashton Library is a Grade II Listed Carnegie building with which we need to understand and explore what can be done to restore and keep this Building within Wigan Council Corporate stock.
