Description
This contract award is for the provision of a 7-year legacy HR data archiving solution provided by MHR International UK Limited. Following the migration of Aster Group's active HR and payroll operations to Dayforce, static historical employee records-including personnel management, sickness, absence, and payroll data-will remain securely hosted in the legacy iTrent application environment. The contract provides continued, read-only access to this historical data to satisfy statutory regulatory compliance, reporting, and business intelligence requirements over the required 7-year retention period, after which all data will be permanently deleted. This requirement was awarded directly under an approved exception to Contract Standing Orders.
