Description
This tender sets out the support needed from a health economist across several areas and the timeline for this work. The main areas are - Help develop a framework for measuring the impact of project interventions using HealtheIntent data that the analyst s in the team and project leads can use in a consistent way. Train the PHM team and other system colleagues working in PHM (this could be SEL BI, health equity fellows, those working in the office for data analytics) in a sustainable way to be able to evaluate projects confidently and correctly using the above framework. Provide an understanding of the time, skills and resources needed within the PHM team to provide evaluations on individual projects, with appropriate visualizations on an ongoing basis.
