Following on from Phase 1 GAP analysis a Detailed assessment of the design maturity to verify that the 3D digital model accurately represents the intended design, highlight and Risk, or gaps to filled before tender or by the oncoming Delivery Partner. Proposed scope detail to Include: - TA Design maturity assessment (design gap analysis) - completion based on information available to date. - PDP DCO and Stage 5 design basis - define what standards etc. - PDP design composition (List down PDP design deliverables used for this assessment) - PDP gap analysis exercise: a. Stage 5 design package completion status (% age complete, what is remaining) b.
