Description
1.1 Bids are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to the YORconsult3 Lot 2: Transport Services of the Framework Agreement (the 'Framework Agreement'). 2.1 We are seeking to appoint a Supplier with relevant experience and ability to carry out the Road Safety Outside Schools - Review and Action Plans (the "Services"). These are detailed within the Scope, and the other documents within this Further Competition. 3.1 The form of contract will be the NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC), Main Option A.
