Description

Billing Parish Council invites tenders from suitably qualified & experienced contractors for the design, manufacture and delivery of two bespoke timber buildings to be located at Bernard Weston Pavilion, Penfold Lane, Great Billing, Northampton, NN3 9EF. The contract comprises: One insulated garden workshop (6m x 4m internal) suitable for year-round use; One garden machinery storage building (8m x 4.5m) designed for the storage and movement of landscaping equipment. The successful contractor will be responsible for mandatory site attendance, final design confirmation, manufacture and supply (kit form), delivery to site and provision of all drawings, certifications and warranties. Attendance at a mandatory site visit arranged with the councils Green Space Manager is required; failure to attend will render a tender non-compliant.
