Description
Croydon Council has awarded a contract for the Design and Build with Demolition of Regina Road. This was procured via a mini competition via South East Consortium's (SEC) Construction and Development Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) -FTS Reference: 2024S 000-03729 - (procured under Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - PCR 2015). The contract value is the estimated value for the build including contingency. In addition the contract end date is an estimate and may be subject to change as the project progresses. The PCSA stage has now passed. • Croydon Council has appointed a contractor for the Design and Build with Demolition of Regina Road.
